At IN3D Ltd, we take pride in creating high-quality, customised 3D-printed objects for our customers. Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.
Important Information About 3D-Printed Products
Customisation and Variability: 3D-printed objects are made to order and customised based on customer requirements. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These differences are normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for a refund.
Made-to-Order Policy: All 3D-printed items are created after an order is placed. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds for Damaged Goods
We offer refunds only for items that are received damaged. If your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition:
Notify Us Promptly: You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to report the issue.
Provide Evidence: Please send photos of the damaged item, along with a description of the problem, to [email protected].
Assessment: Once we review your claim, we will confirm if a refund or replacement is applicable.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Minor aesthetic differences from the product images or design due to the nature of 3D printing.
