Shipping Policy for 3D Prints
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days for production and shipping. This timeframe accounts for both the construction of your custom 3D printed item and its journey to your doorstep. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Refund Policy for Shipped 3D Prints
We offer refunds only in cases of product defects. If your 3D printed item is defective, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a description of the defect. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the defective item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
